Driveway Austin

I had a blast today at my driver training course. The place was founded by Bill Dollahite who used to drive a Ferrari 333 SP. He was also our head instructor for the day. We used their super technical short course. The car was excellent out there. It only really understeered once the runcraps overheated which happened fairly quickly. The tread actually head up fine though. The instructors said the looked like it was on rails. The brakes didn't overheat at all and the engine never seemed stress. Oil temps hit about 300. It was something like 102 degrees out today. We ran 3 timed laps at the end of the day with the most consistent and I won with my 3 laps being within .19 seconds of each other. So I won a free practice session. It just does what you want every lap. Driveway Austin has come up with a really great concept. If you are ever in Texas you should check it out. I hope I will have some pics soon if this guy emails them to me.
