Chatted with someone from AT&T last night who told me we can get $450 off iPhone 11’s (with no changes to plan or other fees) but needed to go through the AT&T Loyalty Dept. which as closed at the time. Combined with $50-$100 to sell the 6S’s, that’s a no brainer, right?
Spent an hour today trying to reach the AT&T Loyalty Dept. When I finally did, I was told there is no such offer.
