I asked the dealer what that was and he said the blue bar comes with the laser lights. They come with the executive package.
I have the executive package but don't have the little blue part.
I'll include a picture. Not taking delivery until next Tuesday.

That's correct.
For model year 2020:
552 Adaptive LED headlights is standard on xDrive40i and xDrive50i.
5AZ Icon Adaptive LED headlights with Laserlight is standard on M50i and only available on M50i.
5AZ is not available on xDrive40i or xDrive50i and not included in ZPX Executive Package for the two models.
For model year 2019:
552 Adaptive LED headlights was standard on xDrive40i and xDrive50i.
5AZ was only available on xDrive50i when optioned with ZPX Executive Package.
