They're a little old school.
sales@porterfield.com . I think they have a PDF online that lists all their fitments...though I'm not sure the accuracy as there was some confusion over M-Sport vs M-performance. That was months ago though.

Hmm, I don't recall there being a (370-340)/2 mm gap, though I can check. I think I have some pictures lying around in my outbox. I'll double check tonight.
