How many menbers actually use winter tire in NYC?
Just wondering how many members live in NYC actually switch to winter tires during winter time.
I know some people drive other car instead of BMW during winter/snow time
However,I only have one car and need to drive to school everyday except weekend.
wondering if it is necessery to switch my 19" to smaller size winter tire.
