1. Shipping is done directly from Germany on all plates and can take 2-4 weeks using the free shipping option (1-2 weeks for the Airmail upgrade). All packages are send USPS and can not be tracked. If you have not received your order after 4 weeks please contact us and we will reship your order. In most cases plates will arrive within 10 business days.
2. If you ordered Seals they will be shipped from the USA separately and can take 1 week to arrive. In most cases these will arrive before the plates themselves.
