I know they've mentioned that gauge hijacking is on their list of things to do, and I thought maybe we could start a thread here about various requests to consider.
I'd love to have:
- Boost on the fuel gauge
- AFR on the temp gauge
- Shift lights using turn indicators and beep
That would make it perfect, which it's pretty darn close to right now!
Suggestions by others:
- TCU flashing
- hijack the mpg, miles to empty, ave speed and use that for displaying boost, a/f, timing, IAT, ect.
- Would also be cool if you could have different map setting's for AT guys. So driving in just D would be like Cobb's "Drive" map. Shift over to DS and it switches to Cobb's "Sport" or Aggressive" map.
- Launch control for 6MT users
- No lift shifting for 6MT users
- The ability to leave the 7k rev limit in place, on all maps
- On the fly map changes
- Finer boost, throttle and load control
- Economy map for long distance cruising

- Use of cruise control stalk for something, like accessing features
- for iDrive folks a nice GTR style gauge cluster display would be nice
- For the folks who don't have iDrive, use the radio display possibly
