The intake helps the car breathe more easily, can increase turbo spool up sounds and might add a little more power. For me, they've proven most useful in conjunction with an exhaust.
In your shoes, I'd start with the biggest bang for the buck—the JB + Bluetooth dongle. Then go from there. Doing it this way also allows you to measure the incremental gains. Grab a Dragy if you enjoy the numbers aspect and want to compete on a worldwide leaderboard with others that have similar or the same car.
