They're for looks only. They're not much stronger than the standard I6 brakes. Front calipers are the same, rotors are only 30mm bigger. Pads are the standard European pads. The rear calipers are better and rotors are bigger, but the rear brakes don't do nearly as much as the fronts.
I got them purely for the rears and looks, but I probably could have lived without them and just painted the standard calipers.
