Good idea, but I doubt we'll be able to bring a grill in out cars that would be able to produce enough food for a dozen people.
John Harvard Brewhouse sounds like a very decent alternative, and if it's not so nice out, we have a very closeby place to meet. Maybe some snacks/hors d'oevres and a few coolers with various drinks, frisbees, a couple nerf footballs.... then head over for a bite and a beer/soda at the brewhouse?
I can bring a cooler with a case of mixed sodas/water.
