A048s are awesome track tires but IMO they take too long to warm up on the street and can be dangerous until they do. Loud as hell and fast-wearing too. I used to run them when I had an Evo and ended up relegating them to track use only. These days, on my M, I run Toyo RA-1s and Nitto NT-01s for all around daily street/track duty. Much better wear (and won't heat-cycle out so quickly) and they're grippy right away. Probably not quite as much ultimate grip as the A048s though, so enjoy yours while you can!
