With no down and taxes and fees paid up front with no other discounts, I think you're probably looking around $800/mo right now for $66k on a 3yr/10k lease for a M40i. Of course, this is just a guess on my part based on the numbers I had been playing around with and discussing different options with my dealer. If you can get any incentives or discounts, you'll probably looking at about $30 less for every $1k deducted.
Of course, someone far more educated in this will probably come by and say that I'm totally off with my numbers.
