My remote functions were all broken. I took it in and they updated my software to 2019/03.60 and it is working now.

The only other thing that was done was login to connecteddrive website, not app and set my security question.

The service guy said their dealer portal showed a field called "secret knowledge" that wasn't set that could have been the issue. So that is the closest thing I could find to set. Their dealer portal said the customer has to set that secret knowledge when he showed me he error.

Also not I was on software 2019/03.44 prior to the upgrade.
