You can look at it that way. I was thinking more along the lines of 24 hr European endurance racing where Ford had never crossed the pond to throw the hat in the ring. Enzo was king of the hill for years and had been winning multiple successive races in France and elsewhere around the continent. Enzo was the preeminent brand and had a proven team, drivers, strategies and the knowledge to field winning cars from years of experience. David won despite all that. That’s why this is a famous racing legend and is now a movie.
