Funny thing , I am IT Manager and never use that on my email signature. Noticed over years that people are not taking me seriously purely because of my name / surname. Often I have to ask my English colleagues (reporting to me btw) to chase on my behalf and then people do reply almost immediately... oh well , no one said its going to be easy right??
I am paying taxes , I do contribute to local community , apparently of a good character and still getting racist sh1t on daily basis. I have learnt to live with that but man , sometimes I just want to slap the sh1t out of people behaving like this.
