If I go to "info" on the app and then expand "enabled features", it shows a whole bunch of things not including remote engine start. That leads me to believe it doesn't exist (on my car at least)

Also.
The feature that you need to select in the app is called "Climatize Now", not "Remote Start".
Maybe that helps?
