IMO, use OEM oil and filter. There are no known issues with the N63 for you to go with a thinner oil and you run into more issues with thicker oils if you don't properly drive your car when the motor is cold. In terms for the maintenance plan, there are 2 places for reference:

1. Check the warranty/maintenance booklet, they lay out the major servicing intervals such as plugs, diff fluid, etc

2. get your key scanned at a dealership. They will print out what your CBS counter says is due and mileage to the next maintenance item. This is what I do every single time.
