What's up with the front seat headrests that won't go down all the way flush with the top of the seats? If you look at the BMWUSA website and build an X7 you can see in the photos of the interior that they do go down all the way. But looking at 2020 models on showroom floors they don't nor do they go all the way down in my car either.

See the pictures below of my car and website configurator. The pictures of my vehicle are the two on the bottom. Sorry about the orientation but I give up trying to get pictures to orient correctly on this website.

My seats headrests are as far down as they will go. Doesn't look anything like the website pictures.

Does anyone else have this same issue with their X7's?
