If memory serves me, IND had a cerium front grill, but I can't find it now. Might want to check with them. As of a couple months ago, my dealer's parts didn't have a cerium grill and weren't sure when they would be able to get one. I have a friend with a 40i who was trying to do the same thing with the grill and the rear chrome accents.
