I currently have
275 40 22 front
315 35 22 rear
I don't see extreme weather here in the Bay Area. It hardly rains, no snow at all.
We may take car to Lake Tahoe 2-3 times a year just for kids to go skiing.
I prefer low noises, comfortable over performance. What's your recommendations? Do I real need winter tires for my situation? Confused. Thanks
Simple answer is, the summer tires are no good in 40 degrees or less. You make the call.
