I had a MOT a few months ago with this exhaust and no problems at all
The sound is almost excatly the same and the emissions are as before. It would be bigger issue with insurance as it is noticeable modification which should be reported to the insurance company but I didnt bother with that. I hope I will get my money back if something happens to my car lol...!
