Are you 100% sure I can take the spacers off and the car will be fine with the 18x9.5 et45 on a 255 tire

Assuming we're still talking about the rears and that you're not lowered with negative camber... I'm 100% sure on my car and from everything VMR will tell you. No spacers. Never had any rubbing or other issues.
