This is so confusing to me. I am on version 07/2019. I called the Genius Hotline, and they said there is no update (they were clueless). i checked online and it said the same thing. Dealership has no idea and wants to charge me for a free update. I'm so used to Tesla just pushing out updates, why is it so difficult in this case? How are you guys getting your cars updated? |
I just took delivery of my 40i last Friday and mine is also at the 11/2019.55 version. Have you tried checking your VIN on this site?
