Not really.
To keep speed down on the superspeedways, IndyCar limits maximum turbo boost on ovals (including the Indianapolis track).
Maximum Boost Pressure (above atmosphere): 1300 mbar (Superspeedways); 1400 mbar (Indianapolis 500 qualifying); 1500 mbar (short ovals, Road/Street Courses); 1650 mbar (Push-To-Pass)
Power: Estimated 550-700 horsepower, depending on turbo boost pressure used. Additionally things are changing for the 2021 season. The 2.2l engines get bumped to 2.4l increasing max horsepower to 900.
