Bottom line, each chapter has a different rule. Here in NJ, the Chief of Tech asks to be able to see your car no latter than a week before the event to give you his decision. It is not so much the windows on the side that matter (they will ask you to open them anyway), it is more the back one. The driver in your back needs to be able to see through your car at anytime to anticipate whatever could happen in front of you. |

completely sucked basically they feel that tints have no need to be on cars if they are intended to be used @ the track...if I get it corrected I can sign up for another event...
I love the look of my car w/ tints on but I think I might just take them off for me its more about function then posing...
