If you would have red my post, you would have seen that it is to ensure that one can always see
through the car in front, which include through the back and front windows.
Also, the fact that cars with tints needed to be checked by the chief of techs at least one week prior to the event was clearly indicated in the registration package that was sent to all participants more than 1 month prior to the event...
As a result, I do not really understand why one would be qualifying them of as#$@%#^$^?!?
