Honestly speaking, i prefer the performance - it goes great with the brushed aluminium trim and Boston black leather and the entire feel of the performance is awesome(it's just a gear knob - I know - but each shift feels so much more direct and precise)! The ///M was great but now in comparison it felt chunky and somewhat clumsy on a shift! I'd recommend it over the ///M shift and definitely over the exclusive pack shifter
