I don't know if this is the smartest thing to do, but I might need some help from the experts and locals of course.
so I will be moving to LA in 1 month, yet I can't decide and find an apartment to rent and stay for a year.
I am searching somewhere near westwood blvd / wilshire blvd, somewhere I could easily reach santa monica and malibu area.
I was about to decide on Legacy at westwood however they give me horrible deals and not accurate information, very not supportive.
I have a budget of 3k a month. need good parking for 2 cars, no need valet ( i never use valet), 24 hours doorman.
good clearance entrance for low cars

sorry if this post is insufficient and useless, however I am really lost and by the time I went there to survey I think it will be to late to not decide.
