There's a Sturgeon fish farm right by Multnomah Falls, on the Willamette, outside of Portland. They have a few sturgeons that are a good bit bigger than that thing. If you ever get a chance, the Falls and the fishery are great fun!!
I had a conference in Portland last year and flew the wife out for a few extra days. Nice area!
