AFAIK, this is an option only available on the M50i for MY20 and the 50i with the M-Package for MY19 (option code
1MA - M Sport Exhaust System).
I don't think that this system only generates a fake sound on the interior. Since the option is called an 'exhaust system', I'm pretty sure you can also hear the difference on the exterior.
