You're almost in the exact time-window where I am...
First, I thought 'OK, I can sign up the first week of February before I pick up my vehicle'. Then, I was told that beginning of February, the membership fees would go up so I decided to sign up sometime in January.
And when I read the other thread last night, I ran to my purse, got my CC and signed up on the spot...
