MSRP is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price, or the Price on the Sticker of the car.
Invoice price is the price the Dealer pays (generalization)
Knowing the Invoice price is key to negotiation for the sale price of the car. I have bought every car I bought within $250 of the invoice price. A couple at Invoice, and one below... So it is possible to get a car at Invoice.
With this car, we might not be able to pick one up that close to invoice, but we don't know for sure yet.
