I'm assuming it's the knee rest that you're referring to in the picture?
If so, that piece is riveted directly to the shift surround which includes the cup holders; it's basically an all-in-one piece.
I've never seen one in alcantara though as I'd guess it would have to be a custom wrapped job due to the way it's attached.
