Hood gap - They didn’t put the car back together after taking it apart.
Vent - I doubt BMW would fix that under warranty, but you never know.
Both of these are signs of negligence if you ask me. I would wonder what else is wrong with the car. Maybe it’s just me. If it’s private party, why wouldn’t the person just fix it?
