Few people that i speak of, car enthusiasts, there are two reasons why they will not do PPF

1. a good PPF installer requires all panels to be removed in order to “tuck in” the PPF. This could results in possible clips damage which then make rattle noise. Or a bad panel install would produce rattles.

2. PPF only lasts for a year or two depends on the PPF quality. After that, it must be removed or otherwise would risk yellowing, or worst. The original paint will stick to the PPF, and will peel together with PPF.

With that said, i still see no reasons on why you should avoid PPF. For number two, you can remove it after you buy the car, for number one, you can go to dealership for warranty claim if you hear any rattle
