I like the third pedal as well so the choice is limited. I test drove the M4 like it but felt a bit too big...
M2 and 981CS are definitely the 2 finalists in my book.

Me too. The 235 was my 5th straight BMW and was really disappointing. So I didn't end up waiting for the M2 and got my 981 CS this past June. It's been a great car so far - but I will be keeping my eye on the M2 as well.
