So found out what it was... A nut has come lose... so the exhaust is lose from the hanger... which was making the vibrating noise.
According to the performance shop I got the Milltek exhaust from, this has happened to a few BMWs, where the OEM nut can come lose occasionally, so all he did was replace both nuts with a "teethed" ones.
