PS4S ZPs are one of the best run flat tires you can get. But you should still get the go-flat version, they'll be much better handling, less harsh over bumps, and cheaper.
4S are good down to 40F. Under that and you should not drive on them, not only will the traction be poor, the cold turns the rubber brittle and will wear your tires faster.
