I was in the exact same position of you now. 312 in ferric grey on AW F10 = hard to refuse. That's why I now end up with another set of oem wheels (19"). But oh boy... running 20" + lower springs = win!!!
My opinion,
From 19" to 20" with the width, same brand of tires, and "correct" pressure, I would say at least 10% firmer. This is due to 5% different in tire profiles (40 vs 35) + "maybe" 5% from sidewall stiffness/flex.
And don't forget, if you go 20", you will want to lower your car. That would further reduce the comfort. All in all, you should be looking at least 20% harsher ride.
