BMW bught back my 330e as a quasi lemon. I had constant problems with the battery pack. The last time, which was after I had already decided to demand that they buy it back, they replaced everything.
So the person who ended up buying my old 330e may have a good car. But, of course, maybe not.
I agree with the comment that there is a sucker born every day. A $2K of $3K discount for a lemon lawed car is outrageously too much money.
