X7 - Noisy Aircondition
Yesterday I was in Munich and picked up my X7 5.0d. The car is equipped with the 4-zone AirCo and winter package. We went back home via a 3-hour Autobahn ride. The car is smooth and quiet.
However, the air condition seems to be very noisy. I figured out it has to do with the rear seat air condition. As soon as I switch it off the noise is instantly much lower. Certainly, you need to operate it, otherwise, the passengers in the rear will be cold in the winter and warm in summer.
What is your experience and do you have any hints on how to operate all 4 zones and keep the noise in control?
