No Experience with that tool but I DIY'ed my two piece Whiteline Replacements. Used a large socket, heat from a torch, and the weight of the car to press out the old ones without removing the whole subframe or disconnecting brake lines. Gotta be careful not to melt anything important (ABS/Wheel Speed Sensor wires are kinda close), but it's doable.

Not sure if that tool you linked needs more or less room to function though.
