I tried a Bridgestone runflat over a Dunlop on my previous 5er and while it seemed to be more quiet, I felt it had less handling and grip on the ground and corners. Ride comfortableness both same.
The supposedly next generation runflat Dunlops on 650i feels better than those two, even though there was a size increase from 18' to 19'. Have to ride some more to really evaluate.
I haven't tried any other brands but I will get Dunlop again next time.
