Using this method,it's very easy.

Get a torch,they run about $20 and a long flat (very thin) chisel from ACE,HOME DEPOT etc.

First heat the spacer for about 45 seconds with the torch making it hot then use the chisel to pry the spacer from the hub at the 12 o'clock position then 3 0'clock position and so on... down around

Each side took me less than 10 minutes.
