Wouldn't BMW honor a replacement if it hasn't been modified?

They tapped on the whole right side exhaust elbow and you can see physically it was moving left and right about 1mm. And in turn making a tapping sound somewhere inside the muffler. So it must have been a bad weld job internally from BMW. I immediately returned Pseng his money as I can't sell that to anyone in its current state.
Stay tuned for pics and videos, I'm going to open up the muffler and see what's moving around. Should be interesting.
