If the invoice is from a dealership, then the part carries a 2 year BMWNA warranty. Here's the catch, the dealership warranties parts and labor, that's on the car. So if the exhaust is off the vehicle, you need to sugar up your SA or shop foreman to sign off the warranty. Hope that helps.
