I was in the same boat. Drove my e46 M3 for over 10 years. Just sold it on Friday. If I had room in my garage, I would keep it and my new F80. E46 are good cars. Keep it if you will continue track it. I will miss my old car. One thing I won't miss is its lack of torque.
