I go a least 3 times a day. If I only go once (..
extremely rare), I start wondering what the fuck is up, and it makes me analyze my diet. I can't imagine not going for days. Many women that I talk to tell me that they only go every other day or every 2 days. I'm like
!!!!! I'd feel all types of uncomfortable with that sitting in my body for multiple days. Thank God for regularity.
