Yes, there is a TSB for full retrofit of Bluetooth to either the OEM HU or to the iDrive Navigation:

Parts needed are at the last page of that document. TCU kit is also sold at
www.bimmernav.com. Check pricing thru Internet BMW parts departments for the lowest prices possible -if price matters to you- and just take this .pdf to a better dealer for installation and programming. A dealer that doesn't even read their own TSBs cannot be trusted to do this installation right and in a reasonable amount of time, IMO;
they are going to just experiment with your car and charge you for it.
