I am hoping the this is a simple swap with parts: 51128058659 + 51128058660 + 51128069391. Simply pull of existing tips, diffuser and mount the new tips. As far as I can see, the rear bumper is the same on both, so the diffuser should match.

Hi! I had this Done to my 330i a few weeks ago. Not as simple, although dealer liked my idea and wanted to give it a try.
Quite a chunk of the original pipe had to be cut off. They had a 340i in the showroom which they used to measure How much had to be cut off.
Parts needed:
-51192455859 : diffusor 340i m perf
-51128079607 : bumper bracket
-51128093303 : 340i exhaust tip 1
-51128093304 : 340i exhaust tip 2
Love the outcome, pics attached. Few shots of the whole car as well, had the entire m-perf kit fitted.
